New Launch: TNSTC Trichy Airport Bus Timings | Route Details
The TNSTC has launched a special bus service connecting the Tiruchirappalli International Airport to the key centers of the city and Mofussil bus stands. Find the Trichy airport bus timings, routes, late-night service timing, etc.
The Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation, on August 19, launched a new shuttle bus service connecting the Trichy International Airport to key hubs of the city.
The buses were flagged off by Tamil Nadu Ministers KN Nehru and Meyyanathan Siva V and are expected to enhance accessibility to the airport.
There will be six services daily including a late-night service connecting Central Bus Stand, Srirangam, and No 1 Tollgate. All the buses will start from the Tiruchirappalli International Airport’s lounge.
Given that the new terminal is over 1.2 kilometers away from the Trichy-Pudukottai NH, the bus services will provide passengers with the convenience of boarding directly from the arrival lounge, eliminating the need to walk to the highway bus stop.
TNSTC officials revealed that the Trichy airport bus timings have been scheduled to match flight arrivals and departures.

Trichy Airport Bus Timings

The night bus service departs from Central Bus Stand at 12:15 AM, arrives at the airport by 12:30 AM, and then leaves the airport at 12:45 AM to return to Central Bus Stand by 1:00 AM.
The bus will also make stops at TVS Tollgate, Mannarpuram, and Trichy Railway Junction, providing convenient transportation for workers and shopkeepers in the airport area during late hours.
In addition, TNSTC will operate four daily services from the airport’s integrated terminal to Srirangam at 7:45 AM and to No. 1 Tollgate at 5:00 PM.
These buses will also connect key locations including Thillai Nagar, Chathiram Bus Stand, and Thiruvanaikoil Bus Stop, ensuring comprehensive coverage during peak travel times.

A. Muthukrishnan, General Manager of TNSTC Trichy, mentioned that the frequency and schedule of the buses might be modified according to passenger demand and airport data.
