Ganesh immersion is one of the most important festivals and it is a time when millions of people gather to celebrate.
To facilitate the movement of devotees, the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) will be operating 535 special Ganesh immersion special buses in Hyderabad on September 28, 2023.
TSRTC/Greater Hyderabad Zone has launched these buses for the convenience of devotees attending the procession and Shobhayathra at Tankbund and other places.
The TSRTC special bus services will cover all major routes and will depart at regular intervals throughout the day.
The fare for the special bus services will be the same as the regular fare. However, passengers are advised to purchase their tickets in advance to avoid inconvenience.
TSRTC MD VC Sajjanar took to social media platform X (formerly Twitter) to announce about these buses.
“On the 28th of this month in Hyderabad, the TSRTC will deploy 535 dedicated buses to facilitate the convenience of devotees during the Ganesh immersion and Shobhayatra. GHMC has coordinated the provision of 15 to 20 buses from every depot. The organization is diligently ensuring a seamless experience for devotees participating in Lord Ganesha’s immersion, taking all necessary measures,” he wrote.
