Sangitam Travels, a prominent player in the Indian intercity travel sector, has achieved a significant milestone by expanding its fleet to 100 buses.

This achievement solidifies the company’s position as a trusted provider of quality travel services and highlights its dedication to growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

The expanded fleet will significantly strengthen Sangitam’s network, improving transportation between Pune and key cities such as Mumbai, Nagpur, Akola, and more.

Founded in 1983 as a small music house in Jalgaon, Sangitam Travels began its journey with a single bus operating on the Jalgaon-Pune-Jalgaon route. Since then, the company has steadily grown, expanding its fleet and routes while maintaining a commitment to providing exceptional service to passengers.

As part of its ongoing expansion, Sangitam Travels has established its corporate headquarters in Pune while maintaining its operational base in Jalgaon.

This shift will enable the company to better serve key cities and improve connectivity across Maharashtra and beyond.

The company is also significantly enhancing its network by introducing several new routes across Maharashtra and beyond. The newly launched routes include:

  • Akola-Mumbai
  • Shendurni-Pune
  • Latur-Pune
  • Burhanpur-Bhusaval-Pune

In addition to these Maharashtra-based routes, Sangitam Travels is extending its reach to other states with the introduction of intercity services connecting Pune to Hyderabad, Goa, and Bangalore. The Pune-Bangalore route is scheduled to go live by the end of this month.

The company is also actively working on additional routes, with plans to launch more services in the next 2-3 weeks, further expanding its footprint and offering seamless, reliable travel options across the region.
