Magenta Mobility News: Magenta Mobility and Tata Motors join forces to electrify intra-city distribution! With over 100 Tata Ace EVs deployed, including the new Ace EV 1000, this partnership accelerates India’s shift towards sustainable mobility.
Magenta Mobility, an integrated electric mobility solutions provider, has strengthened its collaboration with Tata Motors, India’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturer, by deploying over 100 units of Tata Ace EV.
This includes over 60 units of the Ace EV and over 40 of the newly launched Ace EV 1000. This deployment follows the MoU signed between the two companies in October 2023, which set a target of 500 units of the innovative Tata Ace EV.
Tata Ace EV Specifications
The Ace EV is equipped with the EVOGEN powertrain, offering an exceptional driving experience with a 7-year battery warranty and a 5-year comprehensive maintenance package. It ensures safe, all-weather operations with an advanced battery cooling system and a regenerative braking system to enhance driving range.
The vehicle supports both regular and fast charging for high uptime and is powered by a 27kW (36hp) motor with 130Nm of peak torque, ensuring top-notch pickup and grade-ability for easy ascents under full load conditions. Its robust performance and near-100% uptime have been met with an overwhelmingly positive response from customers.
