Anandachi Bus Services Rolled Out in Remote Villages of Gadchiroli

The State Transport Corporation has officially launched the Anandachi Bus service to the remote villages of Murumgaon, Penthari, and Rangi in Dhanora taluka, fulfilling a longstanding demand by residents.
The new Anandachi Bus routes are proving to be a game changer for villagers, especially patients, students, and tribal communities, who now have access to regular and affordable transportation.
This move came in response to a memorandum submitted by locals to the then Deputy Chief Minister and district guardian minister Devendra Fadnavis, urging the launch of bus services for essential daily travel.
The government’s prompt action resulted in direct orders to the Gadchiroli Divisional Controller, paving the way for the launch of the now-celebrated Anandachi Bus service.

An official close to the project emphasized the bigger vision behind the move:
“Fadnavis is also striving to transform Gadchiroli into a steel hub by attracting large-scale industries.”
In a powerful gesture of solidarity, the Chief Minister himself recently travelled by Anandachi Bus through these areas, sending a clear message that Gadchiroli is moving forward — no longer a Naxal-affected zone, but a district committed to development and connectivity.
