Netradyne Acquires Moove Connected Mobility to Expand European Operations

Netradyne, a global provider of AI-powered fleet safety and performance solutions, has acquired Moove Connected Mobility, a European fleet intelligence company, to expand its presence across Europe. The move combines Netradyne’s AI platform with Moove’s local expertise, customer base, and operational footprint across key European markets.

The acquisition marks a significant step in Netradyne’s global expansion strategy, positioning Europe as a core growth region while strengthening its ability to serve enterprise fleet customers at scale.

Moove to Become European Operating Hub

Following the acquisition, Moove Connected Mobility will be integrated into Netradyne Europe and will serve as a central hub for regional operations, including sales, customer engagement, partnerships, and market development.

The integration is expected to help Netradyne scale its European presence while maintaining close alignment with local regulatory requirements and customer needs.

Jeroen Bruinooge, former CEO of Moove Connected Mobility, will take on the role of Senior Vice President and General Manager, Europe at Netradyne.

He will lead the company’s European go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and customer engagement efforts, drawing on his experience across regulatory and operational landscapes in the region.

The combined organisation will focus on delivering AI-powered solutions designed to improve fleet safety, enhance driver performance, and provide actionable operational insights.

The acquisition also strengthens Netradyne’s ability to support global customers with a unified fleet intelligence platform across North America, Europe, and Asia.
