Prawaas 2026 dates and venue: Prawaas 5.0 will be held from 9–11 July 2026 at the Helipad Exhibition Centre, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

The Bus and Car Operators Confederation of India (BOCI) used the Bharat Prawaas Awards 2025 as the stage to unveil plans for Prawaas 5.0, India’s flagship multimodal transport exhibition, scheduled from 9–11 July 2026 at the Helipad Exhibition Centre, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
The event is being organized by the Akhil Gujarat Pravasi Vahan Sanchalak Trust, in association with the Gujarat Tourist Vehicles Operators Association and the Gujarat Luxury Cab Owners Association.
Prawaas 5.0 aims to bring together policymakers, fleet operators, manufacturers, and technology providers under one roof to explore future-ready mobility solutions.
This edition will spotlight key themes, including school bus safety, tourism mobility, electric vehicles (EVs), metro connectivity, fleet modernization, and next-generation smart transportation solutions.
The event agenda will encompass a global-scale exhibition, the Bharat Prawaas Awards, curated high-level conference sessions, specialized technical workshops, and the BOCI Dialogue centered on policy transformation and industry advancement.
The program will also feature startup pitch presentations highlighting mobility innovation, structured B2B matchmaking meetings, and an exclusive networking dinner aimed at fostering meaningful industry partnerships.
With expected representation from all 36 States and Union Territories of India, Prawaas 5.0 is set to become the nation’s most significant gathering of bus and car operators, along with key multimodal transport stakeholders. The event is projected to attract over 10,000 bus and car operators, 300+ prominent exhibitors, 1,500+ industry delegates, 60+ distinguished speakers, and upwards of 15,000 trade and business visitors.
Prawaas 2026 will serve as a strategic convergence point, integrating buses, tourist vehicles, metro networks, EV ecosystems, and emerging mobility technologies into a cohesive passenger transport framework. By promoting wider public transport adoption, strengthening safety benchmarks, advancing sustainability and decarbonisation efforts, and accelerating digital fleet transformation, the platform seeks to enable a cleaner, smarter, and future-ready mobility environment.
Over the years, Prawaas has evolved into a nationally recognized forum that brings together policymakers, operators, manufacturers, financiers, and technology innovators to collectively advance the sector. The 2026 edition is poised to further deepen collaboration, spark innovation, and shape the next phase of growth in India’s rapidly transforming passenger transport ecosystem.
