In the latest update to Kerala’s Robin Bus issue, the revelation has emerged that Baby Gireesh is not the real owner of the controversial bus.
Contrary to popular belief, recent reports indicate that the actual owner of the bus, registered under the name Robin, is K Kishore, a Kozhikode native and the owner of KP Travels.
Kishore has granted a power of attorney to Baby Gireesh for the operation of the contract carriage.

The registration certificate and permit of the bus are under Kishore’s name, who has delegated the operational responsibilities to Gireesh through a power of attorney, as per reports.
Speaking on the matter, Kishore confirmed that he is the legitimate owner of the bus and recently paid the Rs 70,410 fine imposed by the Tamil Nadu Motor Vehicle Department.
Expressing his support for Gireesh, Kishore shared with a local news channel that he has already entrusted four of his buses to Baby Gireesh through the power of attorney arrangement and is considering transferring more.
He clarified that he transferred the service operation responsibilities to Gireesh around five months ago.
In response, Gireesh acknowledged the arrangement, confirming that Kishore had granted him the “power of attorney” and authorized him even to sell the bus.
