In anticipation of the vibrant Holi celebrations in Konkan, the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) is gearing up to provide MSRTC Holi Special Buses for commuters traveling to Konkan.
MSRTC has made elaborate arrangements by deploying 126 additional buses, catering to passengers from Thane, Kalyan, and Vitthalwadi.
Of the 126 extra buses, 106 will be reserved for individual bookings, while the remaining 20 will be available for group reservations.
This year, MSRTC has added 12 more buses compared to the previous year, reflecting the growing demand for transportation during the festive season.
The majority of these additional buses (39 buses) will operate from the Thane-2 depot.
The MSRTC Holi special buses will be in service from March 22 to 26, ensuring convenient travel for commuters looking to celebrate Holi in Konkan.
To avoid last-minute hassles, passengers are advised to book their tickets in advance through the official MSRTC website or mobile reservation app.
Additionally, reservations for these special buses can also be made at designated MSRTC counters.
