He Started as a Farmer. Today He Builds Buses: The Story of Naresh Yadav
Synaty Automotive’s owner, Naresh Yadav, did not begin his journey in a factory. He began it in the fields of Rajasthan.

Born in a small village on the Rajasthan–Haryana border, Naresh Yadav grew up helping his family with farming. Those early years built discipline and resilience – qualities that would later shape how he built his business.
Today, he is the founder of Synaty Automotive, one of the fastest-growing names in India’s bus body building industry.
Early Life and Unlikely Beginnings
Naresh’s journey did not follow a conventional path.
After completing his Bachelor of Arts in 2003, he briefly pursued a Master’s in Political Science. But in 2005, he chose a different direction – moving to Pondicherry to learn French.
By 2006, he had completed a B2-level diploma and returned to Rajasthan, stepping into an entirely new career.
A Detour That Changed Everything
For the next 14 years, Naresh worked as a tour guide and French interpreter.
This phase changed everything.
He travelled extensively, interacted with international tourists, and observed how people experienced travel across different countries. He saw a clear gap – especially in comfort, design, and overall travel experience in India.
That exposure stayed with him.
During my tenure as a tour guide, I was exposed to the way people travel aborad. And I thought – why can’t buses in India match global standards of comfort and quality?

The Birth of Synaty Automotive

In 2019, Naresh took the leap.
With a small team, he started Synaty Automotive, initially focusing on modifying Tempo Travellers. It was a modest beginning, with limited resources and no formal technical background.
Then came COVID.
Operations stopped.
But in 2022, Naresh and his wife, Rita Kumari, restarted the business – with greater clarity and intent.

Scaling Against the Odds
What followed was rapid growth.
From modifying around 50 vehicles, the company scaled to delivering over 1,600 vehicles by March 2025.
Gradually, Synaty expanded into:
- Bus body building
- Urbania modifications
- Sleeper buses
Within a short span, the company delivered over 300 buses, gaining attention across the industry.
What Drives Naresh Yadav
Naresh’s vision is clear.
He aims to build a company that not only manufactures buses but also raises the standard of how buses are built in India.
The goal is ambitious:
- Deliver 1,000+ buses annually
- Build a strong team of craftsmen and professionals
- Compete at a global level
But his approach remains simple – consistency, discipline, and execution.
More Than a Business Story
Naresh Yadav’s journey is not just about building a company.
From farming in a small village to building a fast-growing manufacturing brand, his story shows how unconventional paths, backed by clarity and persistence, can lead to extraordinary outcomes.
And in an industry driven largely by legacy, that shift matters.
