JSW Motors Partners with Dassault Systèmes to Implement 3DEXPERIENCE in India

JSW Motors Limited, the new energy passenger vehicle arm of the JSW Group, has formed a strategic partnership with Dassault Systèmes to deploy the 3DEXPERIENCE platform across its design, engineering, and manufacturing operations in India. The collaboration covers the company’s upcoming new energy vehicle portfolio.
The platform will act as a digital backbone for JSW Motors, supporting product lifecycle management and manufacturing execution for multiple vehicle formats.
Ranjan Nayak, CEO of JSW Motors, confirmed the partnership, noting that the platform would integrate Dassault Systèmes’ applications across all stages of vehicle development.
JSW Motors will adopt a modular and scalable architecture to support several new energy vehicle formats, using Dassault Systèmes’ CATIA and ENOVIA for engineering and design workflows.
Manufacturing operations will incorporate DELMIA: 3DEXPERIENCE solutions, enabling production efficiency, resource optimisation, and reduced carbon footprint. The system allows end-to-end traceability across design, engineering, and production.

The 3DEXPERIENCE platform will enable virtual product and process twins, providing precise control over design, engineering, and manufacturing. The DELMIA module integrates manufacturing execution system (MES) functions, allowing seamless digital continuity and real-time monitoring of production workflows.
JSW Motors plans to use the system across its entire new energy vehicle range, covering multiple vehicle architectures and configurations. The platform connects design, engineering, and manufacturing teams under a single digital framework, ensuring consistency and compliance with environmental and sustainability standards.
The implementation is set to cover all current and future production lines, offering comprehensive digital integration for the development and manufacturing of new energy vehicles.
