Chartered Speed Expands Rajasthan E-Bus Footprint with PM e-Bus Launch in Bikaner

Chartered Speed Limited has commenced PM e-Bus operations in Bikaner, expanding its electric mobility footprint across Rajasthan.
The service was inaugurated by Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, who also inaugurated the PM e-Bus depot in the city.
The Bikaner launch adds another city to Chartered Speed’s growing electric bus operations in the state. The company has already deployed 47 electric buses across Jaipur and Bhilwara, followed by the recent inauguration of 16 additional electric buses in Jaipur by the Chief Minister.
The latest deployment is expected to strengthen access to modern public transportation in Bikaner while supporting the city’s transition towards cleaner mobility. The PM e-Bus service is designed to provide dependable connectivity, improved accessibility, and modern passenger amenities.

Commenting on the launch, Sanyam Gandhi, Whole-Time Director, Chartered Speed Limited, said the Bikaner service represents another step in Rajasthan’s move towards cleaner and more efficient public transportation.

The company’s growing operations in Rajasthan are being developed under the PM e-Bus Sewa initiative, supporting the expansion of electric public transport across the state.
Chartered Speed operates across multiple mobility segments and has a fleet of more than 2,000 buses, serving over 3.5 lakh passengers daily across six states. Its operations include intercity and intra-city transportation, employee mobility, school transportation and electric mobility.
The expansion of PM e-Bus services in Bikaner adds to the broader growth of electric public transport in Rajasthan, with cities increasingly adding zero-emission buses to modernise their public mobility networks.
