Dinesh Rathi is Senior Vice President and a founding member of IntrCity SmartBus. He defines the ‘bus’ as a product for which, on one hand, he works closely with the OEMs and Coach Builders and on the other, he keeps his ear to the ground listening closely to the voice of the customer.
