Safety and Structural Engineering

Another significant aspect of the Sunliner is its AIS-153 approval. HEXA Targets the Premium Coach Market

If the Sunliner is focused on everyday passenger transportation, HEXA takes Sanatan into a different part of the market.

The HEXA is a 12-metre premium coach developed for operators looking for stronger road presence, improved passenger comfort and a more contemporary onboard environment.

The coach will be available in both 3×2 and 2×2 seating configurations, with HHR and pushback seating options depending on operator requirements.

Its exterior design marks a clear shift towards a more premium visual identity.

The HEXA features a new front fascia with projector headlamps, giving the coach a more distinctive appearance while also supporting improved visibility during night-time operations.

Inside, the focus moves towards cabin aesthetics and passenger experience.

The coach features a full-ABS interior finish with hidden ambient lighting, creating a cleaner and more contemporary cabin design. Seating layouts are designed around passenger comfort, while optional three-point seat belts add another safety feature for operators seeking enhanced passenger protection.

The HEXA also brings greater emphasis on onboard technology.

An Android-based infotainment system supports both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, while an integrated reverse camera system adds functionality for the driver and improves visibility during manoeuvring.

The driver environment has received attention as well.

The cockpit features an ergonomic design with premium ABS finishing and dedicated AC louvers aimed at improving driver comfort during long-distance operations.
