This initiative, launched by the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation (BSRTC), will operate in four cities—Patna, Muzaffarpur, Purnia, and Bhagalpur. The Patna Pink Bus Service will commence operations in April, as announced in the state budget.

  • GPS Tracking for precise location tracking.
  • Panic Buttons under every seat, directly connected to the nearest police station or control room.
  • 22-seat Capacity for a comfortable commute.
  • Female Staff in key roles, including drivers, conductors, and maintenance personnel.

These features ensure that women can travel safely and comfortably across Patna and other designated cities.

The exact Patna Pink Bus ticket price will be determined upon launch. However, initial reports indicate that ticket fares may range from ₹6 to ₹25, making the service an affordable public transport option for women.
