Bihar to Delhi Bus: 118 Special AC Services Rolled Out for Holi & Eid 2026, Fares Start at ₹1,007

The Bihar to Delhi bus network has been strengthened with 118 special AC buses launched by the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation (BSRTC) for the Holi and Eid 2026 rush.
The services will operate for one month from February 23 to March 23, with 67 buses deployed on the Bihar–Delhi corridor and 51 buses on the Bihar–Haryana routes.
Subsidised fares now start at ₹1,007 for AC seater and go up to ₹2,255 for AC sleeper, depending on the route, offering significant relief to migrant passengers.

Deployment Strategy on the Bihar to Delhi Bus Corridor
With 67 buses dedicated to Delhi routes, BSRTC has prioritised high-migrant-density districts, including Patna, Darbhanga, Gaya, Muzaffarpur, Siwan, and Kishanganj.
The Bihar to Delhi bus services are operating in both directions to ensure balanced passenger movement during the festive window.
The remaining 51 buses have been allocated to Haryana-bound routes, such as Gurugram and Ambala, serving workers in the industrial and NCR zones.
Bihar to Delhi Bus Timings
- Patna (Gandhi Maidan): 11:30 AM departure
- Gaya: 7:30 PM departure
- Muzaffarpur: 11:20 AM departure
- Delhi Return Services: Between 1:00 PM and 2:20 PM
The staggered departure structure is designed to manage long-haul traffic efficiently and reduce terminal congestion.
