Solaris to Deliver 17 Electric Buses in Poznań, Poland

Poznań, a vibrant city in western Poland, is further advancing its commitment to sustainable public transport. On January 13, MPK Poznań, the city’s public transport operator, signed a contract with Solaris Bus & Coach for the delivery of 17 articulated electric buses.

The contract signed between MPK Poznań and Solaris includes the purchase of 9 articulated Solaris Urbino 18 electric buses, with an option to expand the order by an additional 8 vehicles.
The total order will bring 17 new Solaris Urbino electric buses to the city’s fleet by 2026. These buses are 18 meters long and designed to transport at least 110 passengers each.
