JCBL Delivers 106 Custom Buses to Mahindra in Record Time

JCBL Limited, a leading mobility solutions provider and part of the JCBL Group, has successfully delivered 106 custom-built staff buses to Mahindra & Mahindra in a record time of three months.

The delivery marks a significant milestone in JCBL’s commitment to innovation, quality, and efficiency.

Buses Designed for Comfort and Safety

Built on Mahindra’s chassis, these buses are equipped with 17-inch wide seats, a driver’s cabin partition, digital LED route displays, USB charging points, fans on each seat row, a TV, and a six-speaker music system to enhance passenger comfort.

For safety, the buses include a pneumatic passenger door with a safety sensor, seatbelts on every seat, CCTV cameras with a 30-day recording capacity, a panic switch, anti-rust treatment, and a Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS).

The delivery ceremony was held in Ahmedabad, attended by senior management from Mahindra & Mahindra and INTAS Pharmaceuticals.

Despite challenges such as concurrent product development and series production readiness, JCBL met the ambitious deadline while ensuring full compliance with Central Motor Vehicles Rules (CMVR) and stringent quality standards.
