Volvo, on September 2023, announced their collaboration with MCV to produce the Volvo 7900 Electric and Volvo 7900 Electric Articulated buses under license.
Founded in 1994, MCV (Manufacturing Commercial Vehicles) stands as the largest bus manufacturer in the Middle East and Africa.
Operating from its global headquarters in Cairo, Egypt, the company has become a key player in the commercial vehicle market, supplying buses worldwide to regions such as Europe, Asia, Australia, and Africa.
With an impressive production capacity of 6,000 buses annually, it continues to contribute significantly to the global transportation sector.
